Business Traveler
Although I put my small pet into a kennel every day during housekeeping, the room was NEVER dusted, and we were there for 14 days. Out of all the housekeeping staff, only one lady seemed to be really interested in doing her job correctly, even though they all took their tip laid daily. The owner/manager, I'm not sure which, and the night clerk were the MOST kind, outgoing people ever. Treated us like people/guests, not customers. We were greeted when we came into the door, most times, which was nice, and I noticed that there was a definite attempt to improve the outside landscaping. Very nicely, too. The hotel was better than my husband expected and it has all the basics needed to have a pleasant stay at a hotel (kitchenette - sink, microwave and small refrigerator-, ironing board, iron, AC/heater) and it also has a pool and free internet access. It would be nice if they had a spa and included continental breakfast, but, one can buy some easy breakfast to make in the room (instant oatmeal, cereal, etc.). ...read more

The room was clean and big enough. It was very convenient, right off the freeway and close to where we needed to be. The staff was accommodating.
